Howdy all! I'm looking for information on the rules/regulations/requirements to process and sell meat in Texas. I know of the exemption allowed to small producers that harvest under 10k birds/year, which we would fall under. I'm just not sure exactly how to go about it and what all is required...
These two came in a mixed order I received in early March. I ordered Cucoo Marans, Polish, EE, Jersey Giants and Salmon Faverolles. I received 2 extra birds in that shipment but haven't been able to identify these 2. (The quantities of the breeds I ordered were accurate.)
