    How do you keep cockerals from attacking pullets?

    In my flock of 21, I believe I have 19 pullets and 2 cockerals. They are all around four months old. Barred Rocks, Black sex-links, White Leghorns, and Rhode Island Reds.     My chicks are pecking each other.

    My new chicks are pecking each other so badly that they almost killed one. My husband had to separate him from the rest so he could heal up. What causes this and how can stop it?
