Hi, my dad and I are building roosts for some bantams we have (currently 6 weeks old). What size do we need to be the most healthy for their feet? Do we use the 2x4 that many say they use for full size chickens?? Thank you for all the help!

All were purchased as Easter Eggers. I realize that #1 has the wrong color legs. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if they are males or females. Thank you for looking.
