We got told at purchase they were all girls. Now 9 weeka old. I'm not too sure. Can anyone assist?

Earlier today, I found my girl Connie, bleeding profusely from her vent with a partially passed large egg.
By the time I had been on here looked up what to do, ran a warm(Ish)bath and got my lubricant, she was limp and practically lifeless. So I made my husband do the "deed"

An old dog bowl full of water, forever being perched on knocked over and a parrot cage cup, clipped onto wire (handy as catches all the rain water we get over here in England)...
