    Chickens eating pop rocks!?

    happy 4th!!! and No im not feeding my chickens pop rock candys :0 :) but my daughter was throwing the firework pop rocks, ya know the ones that pop on the ground and little rocks fly everywhere! well my chickens seem to be eating the rocks that are in them! would the stuff in them that causes it...

    Breed? Gender? :) :)

    This is my fist group of chickens and im obsessed! I was wondering what breed this beauty is? She/he is about 10 weeks old. I was also wondering if she is a possibly a he? I am so glad to see there are others out there that are as obsessed as I am already :) :) :) She is a bantam :)
