Mouth agape, yawning? Wyandotte pullet-strange behavior.

I have a 7 week old White Wyandotte pullet, that opens her mouth frequently, like she is trying to pop her ears, or doing a quick yawn. Has anyone else seen this? Other than that, she is perfectly normal.

I am going to convert my shed into a coop for my 12 hens & 1 roo. It would be a big help if I can get some visual ideas for the layout! Nesting boxes, perches etc... Thank you!

    Mystery Pullet, What breed? *pic*

I adopted some chicks, was told they were a Bantam cross. This black one though, I can not figure out. She is smaller than the rest, and a little more neurotic. She does have minimal feathering on her legs. Any ideas what breed she may be? Thanks!

I adopted 5 chicks, the lady told me they where bantams. They are supposed to be 5 weeks old. Some say they look too big to be bantams. Any thoughts?

I have 5 week old bantam chicks, 2 of them are at each others throats! I assume that they must both be roosters? My question is, do I let them keep duking it out? Or should I separate them?

However, someone told me the other day that if you butcher the rooster early enough that it's still good eatin'. Is this true? We...
