I have 1 guinea keet who is tiny compared to hatch mates and it got stuck in the feeder at a few days old. We splinted its leg for a week and it was fine but after being outside it reinjured it and its twisted badly. It eats, drinks, plays etc but it seems painful as it twitches and vibrates...
My guineas are about 6 weeks and have no interest in roosting. They hang out on a few cinder blocks in their pen or all huddle down in the middle of a large one or just lay in the hay. Any way to encourage roosting?
I am a new owner of 5 6 week old guinea keets. They have been outside in their pen for about 2 weeks now. 3 are lavender pearls, one is a dark brown pearl and our runt is brown with a lit of white on belly face and wings. My family enjoys them greatly.
