    18 week old RIR - Pullet or Rooster?

    We aren't allowed to have roosters in our city, I'm afraid we got one, would like to confirm with the experts on here. He/she is an 18 week old Rhode Island Red. If it is a rooster, anyone in Orange County, CA want him? Thank you
