Chick with bumps on eye and beak

Just noticed this today when we let them out with momma hen to free range. They are solid and only on 1 side of face. I'm wondering pox or ant bites (it's been raining a lot here)? I put some terramycin ophthalmic on it and will see how it looks in the morning. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
