    We have 6 week old chicks and today got 7 (2wk old) more. After being together for a couple hours, the younger ones began pecking the tail feathers out of the older ones to the point of drawing blood.     Ameraucana or EE?

    I understand there is some confusion on the 2 and that Ameraucanas are somewhat rare. I was sold these lovelies as Ameraucanas, but wouldn't be too sad if they turn out to be EEs. They are about 6 wks. Can you tell from this picture?

    Ameraucana or EE

    This is our first foray into chickens. I have heard that Ameraucanas are rare and are usually EE. These were sold to us as Ameraucanas but I wouldn't be sad if they are EE. I think they are gorgeous. They are all about 6 wks. Can you tell from this pic, Ameraucana or EE?
