    Laying eggs early what should I do

    So my hen who was being singled out by rooster and other hens, laid an egg today but they are only 16 weeks and she seems to be really laying on it and keeping to it but still acting kinda odd. Should I let her keep the egg? Or it is to soon and nothing will come of it ?
