I have 3 Quail eggs in my incubator, one of the eggs hatched yesterday and the chick is doing fine, the second egg isn't making any noise and I think it was a dud from the start, however the third noise has been making tapping and scratching sounds even the occasional chrip since the day before...

My female Quail decided to abandon her 2 eggs after her other 2 hatched, luckily I happen to have a incubator as I was wanting to hatch my own quails.
Well, one of the quails hatched (very cute) and I have left it in the incubator to keep it warm and wait for it to be big enough...
I woke up to find one of my finches bleeding on the bottom of the aviary and still alive, checked the security cameras and it's looks like a cat got him. His whole leg is just being held on by a piece of skin. The bleeding has stopped, but I don't know what I am going to do about his leg.
