I have a Rosecomb bantam and I need to know how to make her go broody, naturally Rosecombs will rarely ever go broody in their life-time, does anybody know how to make her go broody?

So, my hen has just starting laying fertile eggs and will not sit on them, I Do not own an incubator, I need help, does anyone know how to get my hen to sit on her eggs or know how to build an incubator?
I have this hen who laid two eggs (1 fertile, 1 not fertile). She got up and demolished the fertile egg and did not eat it, then sat on the not fertile egg. WHAT. Why did she do that?
