    Hello from Southern New Hampshire

    New to backyard chickens but Hubby gamely agreed to 2 Speckled Sussex pullets, Stella and Bella. Now we're thinking about adding some Purple Guinea hens in the spring to protect the ladies while free ranging. Love to hear from some locals, and about managing the ladies in the harsh winters.
