will he fly south?
my call has been spending almost all day with the wild ducks on my lake since he lost his brother, will he fly south with them when they leave? He only comes "home" once or twice a day to eat some food, and spends the rest of the day and night with them. -
Missing/ snatched duck
so im not sure if one of my boy's was taken by the owl in the photo below or if he just got scared and flew off, got lost/ dosnt want to come back. from what i have found on a quick google search only Horned owls will snatch a duck, but in the video this guy appeared to be going after my boys... -
finally!
i finally got by boys locked in their house tonight, granted i had to drop a door behind them with a rope, with a little luck. The question i have is, will this make them more afraid of going into the house or, will it make them feel more comfortable having a safe place? Also should i leave... -
need help
so someone let 2 ducks loose in the lake i live on and I don't know what to do. The most i have gotten (from a local rehab place) is that they are domestic ducks, and closest i can find on Google is they are welsh harlequin. I have cared for lots of animals but never ducks -
