Ok - not sure if this is the right site for my question.
I am new to canning and just made 2 batches of cider jelly.
I didn't bring the water level to 1 or 2 inches over the top of the jar.
It only came up to the metal ring. Should I re-do the waterbath to be sure they are sealed properly...
