    Preserving first chicken egg?

    I know this sounds crazy, but when one of my chickens lay their first egg, is there a way to preserve it? I want to keep it as a memory, and I got the idea since my grandma had a emu egg in her display case. Thank you!

    4 day old chick still has egg tooth???

    Chick Taming, toys, and treats

    Does anybody have any tips on taming/making chicks more used to you, so they are more docile when older. Also what type of toys could I give to my chicks, so they don’t get too bored? And when can I start to introduce treats to my chicks. Thanks in advance, have a great day!!!

    My new baby Buff Orpingtons!

    Just got my Buff Orps today! I gave them some electrolyte water and food and they seem to be doing well. The thermometer says around 100 F below the lamp, so might need to adjust. Please enjoy my post and adventures with them!
