I have 5 week old chicks that are on crumble & occasional mealworms for treats. I would like to give the 2 older hens scratch & make a flock block. Can the babies have this also?
Monday I noticed my week old chick had a swollen or deformed eye. It was suggested to me it may not have formed properly at birth. 3 days later it’s much larger so it’s defin not deformed from birth. What can I do? Chick is acting normal & none of the other chicks are picking on it.
