I get all of the blemished produce from a local supermarket. I’m curious if I can feed this to my Cornish cross, and if so will this alter the flavor of the meat?

This is my fermented feed, it’s 3 days old tomorrow morning and ideally should be fed to my flock. This is the same water I used to ferment their feed 3 days ago. This batch, unlike the others has this white bubbly film on top. Is it safe?

I have an easter egger (unsure of age) that has a water balloon like feel to her abdomen. I noticed it the other day whenever I was treating my flock for mites. There appears to be A LOT of water build up. Any suggestions?
