Is this concerning. My older children are very observant (yay!), and they noticed this between the toes of one of our hens. Thoughts? Should we do something?

This Wyandotte chick is 6 weeks old. Any guesses on sex? Is this how a rose comb develops with the dimple at the top? The last pic is middle chick in back.
We have a 7-week-old chick who was bit by our dog. Long story short, we were putting them outside in their oen 2 weeks ago, and didn't realize our dog was out. Our communication is good now, though.

We know they came from certain brooders, labeled California Gray, Cuckoo Marans, and the last we think was incorrectly labeled as Ancona.
