    My name is Richard, 66 years old, I had chickens . I bought 6 chicks, 4 black barred, and 2 Rhode island -reds. I thought they were well hidden, but 1 neighbor reported the chicks, and the city told us to get rid of them. We took chicks to Columbus Agway, but they couldn't take them back, so...
