    This chicken had no thoughts of being a cockerel a few weeks ago... all the litter mates were crowing and putting on airs... I got rid of all of the boys and all of a sudden I’m seeing saddle feathers... no crowing or mating and it’s around 15-17 weeks old... Thoughts

    My littlest Maran chick met with an accident and is now blind in one eye. Would you keep her? Or is it kinder to cull her?     Of my 12 chicks, I looks like 8 are Boys. Obviously, that’s not gonna work out long term (they are between 9-12 weeks). When do you Cull then? It’s already starting to get feisty out there.
