    Why would yolks go from a dark, rich yellow to a light yellow? I haven't changed foods since this change happened. I'm not sure what's going on with my girls. Whatever it is, is affecting both of them. any ideas? thanks, carybear

    Finally!!!

    layer feed?

    Okay I'm still learning and heard that layer feed has hormones in it to make the hens lay other wise you need a rooster to fertalize the eggs to get hens to lay. is this true? I'm sorry if this is obvious to everyone but me.
