    Consolidating coops of chickens

    I have chickens about 1/1/2 yrs old that I incubated 7 of their eggs, 6 hatched. They are now about 6 months old and I want to consolidate the 2 coops into a single large one. How do I do this without them fighting and killing each other? They free range in the yard together but eat in "shifts"...
