this pigeon just showed up at my house a couple of months ago...he comes everyday ..I feed him, he won't let me get any closer then a foot away..has tags on both legs..I can't seem to make out what they say. I'm not sure what to do..could he be lost? Does anyone know what kind he is?.im...
