hello all ! ive noticed that the brown eggs i get from my farmers market will fade. the bottom half becomes pale if i do not refrigerate them. i prefer to leave them on the counter. why is this happening . I mentioned it to the farmer - who then giggled and changed the subject . hmmmm.
