    Chick is panting with poop sticking to backside

    Help, one of my four chicks (I just got them yesterday) is panting, or what I'd describe as panting opening her beak and leaving it open for a while, and has poop stuck on her backside. I've cleaned off the poop but when she goes again it just sticks again. Her poop seems to be watery too...
