    I have one week old chick that seems to developed a glue eye problem he is fine after using a bit of warm water to bathe the eye and happily plays with the other chicks, but once he has a sleep we have to wash his eye out again...     The noise factor

    We would love to have some Peafowl around the place but have been scared off by the noise factor especially early in the morning. During te day it's fine but due to the situation where we live early morning noise would be unacceptable. Has anybody had success in keeping their birds quiet?

    previously we worked on the old school method of turning, complete turns by hand. Now I've been looking at autoturners with the mind of building my own, seeing what most people are making they work on a rocking system, so how much rock is enough? and can you go to far over?

    Greetings from Southern Western Australia

    Just getting back in to chooks now the kids are at an age to enjoy them. Currently have lavender sussocks, Silver laced Wyndottes, light sussocks and kahki campbell ducks anxiously waiting on a clutch of 13 more wyndottes due tonight
