    Broody accepted chicks, now what?

Yesterday I put some day old chicks under my Buff Orpington who has been aggressively broody, and I believe she's accepted them. Preferably buff colored, since she is too and I'm hoping that will mesh them better. I am in central Texas, North Austin area!

    Getting chicks used to handling

Hey y'all! I just got my first chicks, and I'm wondering what tips/tricks y'all have for getting them used to me? I've been sticking my hand in their brooder and leaving it there, sometimes with feed and sometimes not, but I'd love some advice!
