Can these eggs still survive?
A mama mallard has been nesting for 3 weeks by my pool. Sunday we had torrential rain and hail and she even was there that night. But yesterday she was gone. hatching abandoned nest- help!
Mama mallard laid 13 eggs by our pool, was injured & abandoned them. I think I got the remaining 9 that weren't broken within 24 hours & got an incubator. But I thought she laid her 13th egg & started sitting on Friday March 8. So Sat. April 6 should have been 28 days & hatch day, right? But...- Rhondasducklings
