I took in two batches of orpington eggs last evening because the temperatures were going to be 18 degrees and my orpingtons are not sitting on the eggs yet should I return them to the nest or just use them?
I thought these were BB red English bantams but when I looked on McMurray it shows smaller than these, although I did notice the word game in the name is that what the difference is mine are just not game bantams?
The lady that I got these chickens from said some are Olive Eggers, Easter Eggers, Ameraucana, and maran...some mix ( I suspect this one could be Ameraucana Maran mix, can someone verify or weigh in on that as well)

Is it not recommended for birds in the same clutch to have peeps? I am thinking with a common-sensed mind that its probably not good to allow chickens from the same clutch to multiply, am I correct?
