    Heavy Bloom?

    Can someone please help me understand what a heavy bloom is? I incubated a ‘heavy bloom egg’ and the hen is currently laying gorgeous pink eggs- please see photo attached. I have found some literature about the bloom but very little about a heavy bloom. Thanks in advanced for your help.

    Ayam Cemani - female?

    I hatched this now 6 weeks old Ayam Cemani - given some of the features I don’t believe it is a pure breed but it is close for sure. Now, is it a female? Thank you.

    Is this precious thing an EE? Pullet?

    I hatched this one from eggs I got from eBay- 5 weeks old this week. it looks like a Welsummer to me but she was hatched from a blue egg. Can someone help me identifying it? Is it an EE? Also, is it a pullet?
