    New mallard in the flock

    I had a friend surprise us with a new mallard today. Our Pekin drake is not thrilled with the competition. “ Will they get along ok? I have 2 female Indian runners . Mr. Bill ( I did not have relations with that duck)! Seems over protective of the girls.

    I’m new to the Fowl stuff... I have 1 Pekin drake, 2 female Indian runners and 3 chickens.. ( I have no idea what kind). We have duck eggs ready to hatch. I found a dead chick in the enclosure away on the opposite side from the nesting box. It seems to be fully developed except for the bill...
