Need a Calm QUIET Rooster Breed if there is such a thing !!
We only have a few chickens, 4 layers, and 2 new chicks small breed and though our Rooster wasn't aggressive to us he was crowing incessantly !!! I like the idea that my broody hens should be able to hatch the next generation of chickens, but ... now that he's gone it's sooo peaceful !!! Is...- Scrat

I just joined, for tips and tricks ... I am semi retired and refreshing my farming knowledge.
