    Need help, day 25 no movement

    12 eggs in still air incubator, at day 23 4 eggs hatched, chicks doing well. Day 24 one egg moving and chirping but no piping. Day 25 no movement or chirping, tapped on egg a couple times throughout day and no chirping or pecking heard. What should I do? Is chick dead, should I pip the egg...
