    Any thoughts on this?

    I am getting a new rooster for my flock. He is suppose to be a black copper marans rooster, but I have been reading that you want your rooster to have just copper on hackle and saddle areas. This guy has some gold/yellow tones him, is that okay?

    I just got these two barred rock hens and their tail feathers have been plucked and it looks like their buttholes are scabbed over and bleeding, any ideas on what the cause is or how to help them?
