    Just hatched our very first chick from our Polish rooster and Silkie hen. Here are dad, mom and baby 😍 so excited!

    Hen crowing?

    Our Polish that we believed to be a hen because if her very smooth fluffy top feathers, but always been thrown off by the red wattles, has just made what sounded to be a crow. They are 8-9 weeks old. Is this possible or is she a he?

    Hens or Roosters

    The first one is a frizzle so not sure if that will really make much of a difference on the top feathers but hoping for both hens because we can't have roosters where we live

    We cant have roosters so we are hopimg for hens. Theae are my Polish and one has the frizzle gene so this may make it a little more difficult but they are about 6 weeks old. Any idea of roosters or hens?
