We have a 3 week old freedom ranger chick who has acquired an injury near the base of her tail that the other chicks love to peck at. I cleaned the wound with a warm damp paper towel and she has been separated into a temporary sick bay brooder, so she can heal sans the other meaties tormenting...
We recently purchased some egg chicks from mt healthy hatchery, and this one was mailed with the rest as a “free chick” we have no idea what breed, or gender this chick is. Anyone have any ideas?
