    Eggs laid on the ground in the woods. Keep or toss??

    I finally found my girls hiding spot. There is a total of 32 eggs here! They are in a pile of nasty wet leaves under a thorn bush. So my question is 1. Do I throw them away? (That's my first instinct) 2. How can I keep them from going back to that spot?

    Roo or hen??

    Buff Orpington approx 25 wks old. I've really started to notice the difference in feathering on her/his head and neck in the last couple weeks. All my other BO now have red combs and are laying.     Please help! Quarantined chicken needs to go back to her flock, but a couple of them were pecking at her.

    My entire flock has been together since baby chickies. A couple weeks ago one of them dislocated her wing and had to be kept in a cage separated from the others. Today I put the cage (with her in it) back in the coop. One of the bigger pullets started packing at her like crazy through the cage...
