so one of my pecan ducklings started hatching late Tuesday night he is still not out.. should i be worried? the rest of them started hatching Wednesday morning

i have a duckling that hatched a few hours ago... but something seems off, it hasn't squeaked once! im just wondering if there is something wrong with it..

Question so i have kaki ducks my oldest female has been laying 1-2 eggs per 24hrs but she has no initiative to sit on them. should i keep her locked up with her eggs or do kakis just not sit on their eggs..

im hatching call ducks one of them pipped and halfway zipped hours ago..... no further progress i have hatched many ducklings and they almost always hatch 15-30 min after zipping.. there is lots of movement and peeping but no further progress please tell me what to do do i need to assist??:confused:
