    I've seen that Australorps have all black eyes but, ours doesn't. They are yellow and black. Is this common?

    Hello All, Just found this page and I already love it. We have an Black Australorp and a Barred Rock here in the backyard. Australorp is about 7 months and the Rock is about 6 months. The Rock hasn't started laying yet. Heard they start later. The Australorp is a egg laying machine!!
