    Freedom Ranger flavor/texture

    I butchered and barbecued a Freedom Ranger last weekend (7 weeks, 5 lbs. live weight). The flavor and texture were great, as I expected. For those of you who have waited until 10-12 weeks for processing - are the birds still tender enough for broiling/grilling then? Thanks
