Vent issues-help!
My 7mo Speckled Sussex was standing hunched, fluffed out, and very inactive this am. I separated her out and checked her vent and found a mass of poo. I soaked her bum for about 30min and loosened it up as best I could. Her cloaca is very red, swollen, and open. I have offered her some...- acable88

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? -I am new to personally owned chickens, but back when I was a zookeeper I would cover for the Children’s Farm keeper and care for that flock.
