I have a now 3 day old chick siblings got pecked to death. Jealous broody got in the nesting box. With I believe her eye pecked out. I can not get the lid open. Been treating with triple antibiotic ointment. Anything else to do? Currently safe indoors. Eating, drinking, pooping.
