So if I need to turn them 3 times a day does the time I set it count it as a turn or do I need to turn them 3 times after I set, if that makes sense. I'm confused about this.
My temperature when measured at the bottom of my still air styrofoam incubator reads at 38.9 while at egg level it's at 37.8 which temperature reading should I follow because I'm worried it I kill the eggs.
