    8 week old Easter Egger cockrel - Western Washington, willing to drive

    Chi is in fact a he. 8 weeks old. While he is very sweet, and has been handled daily since we brought him home - I cannot have a rooster in the city. Willing to drive anywhere within 3ish hours of Seattle to bring him to you.

    I bought sexed chicks - but this one has always had me worried that 'she' is in fact a 'he' - based on very different behavior from the other girls and now seems to be developing a red comb. S/he does not have any muff. They are 8 weeks old, my first time having chickens. -- thoughts? Thanks...

    Finally done with my coop & run

    Took me about 3 months to build on weekends (and working around PNW rainy weather) by myself. I still need to build the run door - but so close to being done! I used mostly recycled materials - minus the run lumber, roofing and hardware cloth. I have an 18” hardware cloth skirt under the pavers...

    New chicken mom in Maple Valley, WA

    Nice to meet you! Just got my 4 girls 3.5 weeks ago. Been wanting chickens for 7 years, but wasn't able to have them until now. Very excited! They've been a great source of joy so far, and growing so fast!
