When do you guys start to winterize your duck coop? Last year I was on top of it but this year I have been dealing with personal issues.. I am going to start today.. it definitely needs a DEEP CLEAN! 🧼 🧽 🦆 and I need to buy more bird bath warmers! -

Is Lillian okay?
She’s mottling and she’s not laying eggs. She’s only 1.5yrs old… I’m not sure if she’s okay. You can see a lot of her down feathers. She is growing back her head feathers (that were taken off thanks to my drakes). 😒 I’m worried about her. She’s my favorite don’t tell the rest 😂🤭🤫 -
Black spots on Betty beak
I’ve seen black spots on Betty beak. Should I be concerned? She not acting different, eat, drink and pooping normal.. I tried to get decent pictures.. I had yummies so she was at the fence looking cute! 🥰 -

Shivering duck and single digits numbers
