How early can you tell a frizzle?

Howdy everyone just picked my new chicks and was wondering how soon you can tell if the frizzle will be a frizzle? I have 3, or if you can tell me how long to wait to start checking. Thanks a bunch!

    Squatting or pre-squatting maybe?

For the past week I have been running around the yard like a crazy person (much to the delight of my toddlers) trying to see which girls might be starting to squat. It isn’t the deepest, but this is squatting right? Of course we are going out of town for 6 days tomorrow 🥺. I like to let them out...

Barnevelders more mature than all the other chickens?

My chickens will be 16 weeks old tomorrow and so far the 2 Barnevelders seem the most advanced, is this normal? I expect them to be the last to lay out of them all, also have 2 Wyandottes, 2 Black tailed Marans and a Cochin.

Why won’t my chickens eat fruits or veggies?!?

My chickens refuse to eat fruits or veggies. Am I doing something wrong because no matter what I leave out they do not want it, only the crumbles and occasional dried larva. They will pick at the plant leaves in the garden though.

Roo or Pullet? Will keep them either way, but curious.

The darker colored one is the suspected roo. I think it’s a boy because it has always been the biggest and seems to be in charge. Comb seemed to go pink/red overnight and the other Wyandotte is not as big or as red in the comb. And it’s crazy difficult to take a photo of a chicken when you need...
