I have 1 Partridge Wyandotte cockerel and 2 Partridge Wyandotte pullets I also have 1 Rhode Island Red cockerel and 3 Rhode Island Red pullets and when they are bigger I would like to get some ideas on what is the best way to set up a breeding pen

my hens have been broody and they have more eggs then they can sit on and there is bantam that i think is a rooster in there but i don't think the eggs are fertilized and i want them to stop sitting before the eggs go bad
I noticed a day ago my Silkie rooster was sitting on eggs next to my other 2 broody hens. I think it is a rooster but if he is sitting on eggs i don't even know anymore if it is a rooster or hen. I think rooster but I have never heard of a rooster sitting on eggs before.
