    can I make my broody hen stop being broody

    my hens have been broody and they have more eggs then they can sit on and there is bantam that i think is a rooster in there but i don't think the eggs are fertilized and i want them to stop sitting before the eggs go bad

    my rhode island red hen was chasing my other hens and mounting them. I have never heard of hens doing that.

    why is my silkie rooster sitting on eggs?

    I noticed a day ago my Silkie rooster was sitting on eggs next to my other 2 broody hens. I think it is a rooster but if he is sitting on eggs i don't even know anymore if it is a rooster or hen. I think rooster but I have never heard of a rooster sitting on eggs before.
