    Naked butt in three week old chick

    I have 23 week old chicks I bought at Rural King. They are pretty much identical, although one has a naked bum and the other has a fluffy bum. Both act perfectly fine, there is no pasty butt.     Bare Neck-ed

    Several of my chickens have completely bare necks, picked all the way down to the skin, they were chicken saddles. Don't come up high enough check their neck. Any suggestions? The saddles work great, their feathers are growing back in, but their necks are completely bare.
